AUSTRALIA IMMIGRATION

We can successfully process the applications for Australian Immigration under subclass 175 (Skilled Independent), subclass 176 (State Sponsored/eligible relative sponsored), subclass 475 (state sponsored-regional), subclass 457 (Employer Nomination-EN) and business/investor under subclass 161/163 categories. We are also looking to recruit ARMATURE WINDER AND SHEET METAL WORKERS on 50K/AUD$ package under subclass 457. For Subclass 176 normally the applicant needs to score a minimum of 6.0- 7.0 in each component in IELTS to qualify. For 475 (state sponsored-regional), lower scores such as 6 overall can suffice. For subclass 457 (EN) scores of 5.5 overall with 5 minimum in each component may suffice. The applicant needs to submit the CV to us for us to assess his/her eligibility and if found eligible the applicant will need to sign up the service contract, pay the first installment of the service fee and the skill assessment fee ($AUD350-$AUD600) for us to file the application for skill assessment which is the first stage of the processing. To claim points for English language ability, the applicant needs to score at least 7 in each component in IELTS (G.T). We will advise you if this is required.

Professionals like, Accountants, Engineers, Health Professionals, IT Professionals, Nurses, Finance related professionals etc. and trades person like an Automotive Electrician, Motor Mechanic, Plumber, A.C Mechanic or Electrician (General) etc. can apply. For subclass 176 (State Sponsorship) and subclass 475 (state sponsored-regional) the applicant will need to live and work in that state/region for two years to qualify for the Permanent Residence Visa. The applicant can work in any occupation and doesn’t need to work in the occupation that his application was approved under.

For subclass 475 (state migration-regional or RSMS) the applicant will need to be sponsored by that particular state and that he/she will need to live in the regional area of that state (in papers only).For instance, the whole of Perth (Capital-WA state) is now declared as regional area for subclass 475. Therefore, the applicant can live in the whole of Perth under subclass 475. The applicant will need to live and work in this area for two years to be eligible for the PR. Whereas for subclass 175 there is no condition attached to the visa. The applicant can live and work anywhere in Australia and gets the PR straight away.

THE PROCESS

Stage-1: Skill assessment.

This is the first stage as we file your application for skill assessment approval from the relevant skill assessing authority in Australia. For us to initiate the work on this application, the applicant needs to deposit the first installment of the service fee and the skill assessment authority fees. The service fee is refundable in case the application is denied due to the reason outlined in the service contract sent separately. The skill assessment fee varies from $AUD350 to $AUD 650. We will advise the list of the documents required for this application only after the fees have been paid.

Stage-2: State Sponsorship (If required) & Visa applications

After the skill is approved, we will file the application for state sponsorship under subclass 176 or 475(If required) and get it approved. At this stage the applicant needs to pay the second installment of the service fee and the state sponsorship application fee of $AUD300 to $AUD500 (Non-refundable). We will process both the application for state sponsorship and visa in the service fee. The service fee is refundable in case the visa is denied due to the reasons mentioned in the service contract. The whole family is included in the application and covered in the fee mentioned in the service contract. The visa application fee is 2960AUD$ payable to DIAC which is non-refundable.

Stage-3: Approval.

After the visa application is filed and we receive the medical request advice from DIAC, the applicant will need to pay the third and final installment of the service fee. This advice will confirm that your application has been approved.

Processing time & Fees payable

The visa applications under subclass 175/176 are normally processed in 12 months to 24 months time. The visa applications under subclass 475 and 161/163 are processed in about 12 months. The government fees payable are around $AUD3600 to $AUD4000 (Non-refundable). The service fee is refundable, if the application is denied for the reasons mentioned in the service contract).
