  • Fees:
    Admission Charges: 500Euros. (200 Euros refundable in case the admission is not granted)
    Service fee: 500Euros upon filing the application.
    Tuition fee: None. Education will be free.





    Requirements:

    IELTS: At least 5.5 for a bachelor’s degree program or depending on the institute/course of study. The admission can be arranged without IELTS in some cases.
    Minimum Qualification: HSSC
    German Language Ability: No- It is not a mandatory condition unless the course is in German language.
    Deposit in Germany Bank: 7800Euros to be deposited in your own account in a F.C account in Pakistan that you can only withdraw a fixed amount per month after reaching Germany. The money remains in the applicant’s account till he reaches there. This can be managed through a bank account in Pakistan.

    Processing time for admission letter and visa:
    4-8 weeks

    Maintenance Funds Required: Stated above. 7800Euros to be transferred into your own account in a German Bank  in Pakistan.
    Application fee: Around 11,000 Rs.  

    Intake:  One in Feb/March (summer semester) and other one in Sep/Oct (winter semester).
    For summer semester, deadlines start from September and last one is on 15th Jan.
    For winter semester, deadlines start from March and last one is on 15th July.

    • C.V (Free of errors + Academic record should be given in Descending order & mentioned before experience + data should be given in tabular form + 1st Name, Sir/Family Name + DoB)
    • Letter of Motivation (Why Germany, Why this program, Why this university, Why You)
    • For PhD applications, a detailed Research Proposal is needed.
    • All Academic Documents (Scanned & Arranged in one PDF file + in Descending order i.e. starting from the latest)
    • Reference Letters (drafted on official letter head)
    • Experience Letter (If any)
    • IELTS Copy
    • Passport Copy
    • Picture
    • Others, If Possible (GMAT/GRE etc)


    For Hard/Regular Applications, please send following documents for applying the admission.

    • Covering Letter (About your name, nationality, degree applied for, session applied for & contact)

    • We need the C.V & transcripts for evaluation.
    • Not all Universities ask for IELTS but with 6.0 Band is always better.
    • I need at least 3 sets of documents. (Hard Copies)
    • We will fill admission ourselves as most of the cases they are in German and quite complex.
